How to register
To register with the practice you will need to collect and complete a patient registration form and a patient questionnaire. You will need to produce a picture ID ie. passport and proof that your main address is within our catchment area.
We welcome patients from the local area with a postcode starting BR2 or BR4. Unfortunately, we cannot register patients outside of this area. If you are currently registered with us and move to a postcode outside of this, then unfortunately, you will no longer be able to stay with us and will need to register with a new surgery. Patients have 30 days from when they notify us of a change of address to find a new surgery before they are removed from our list.
