If you require to speak to a doctor for advice, the receptionist may ask you to call back at the end of the consulting time. The best time to call is between 11.30am and 12.30pm.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments

Consultations are by appointment only. Please telephone 0844 756 9233 / 3156 Alternatively, apppointments to see the doctor can be made via the internet. Please ask at reception for details. We will try to accommodate all appointments within 48 hours but patients may have to be seen by any one of the doctors.

Urgent Appointments

All urgent cases will be seen as soon as possible by one of the doctors. Please explain the urgency to the receptionist.

OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?

Home visits are made only if you are too ill or infirm to attend the surgery.
Please ring before 11.00am and indicate to the receptionist the nature of your problem so that urgent cases can be given priority.

OBTAIN TEST RESULTS?

When telephoning the surgery for results, please try to avoid the busy periods. Results of any tests may be obtained by telephoning the surgery after 11.30am Tuesday to Friday, following the appropriate waiting period as discussed with the doctor.
